A quality nurse practitioner is sought by a university's student health clinic in Smithfield, RI.

Job Description

• Setting: A university student health clinic with all college-age students in Smithfield, RI.
  • No suturing skills are required.
  • Sick visits for URIs, UTIs, STDs, and other conditions.
  • Wellness exams.
• Schedule: Part-time, with Tuesday being a must. However, the ideal candidate will also be available to work on Thursdays and Fridays.
  • No weekends or holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling of anywhere from 8 to 24 hours per week (to be discussed during the interview).
  • The clinic operates from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
• Credentialing typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Requirements

• Must be board certified through ANCC or AANP.
• Must possess an active RI APRN license.
• At least 5 years of experience in primary care or urgent care.
