Workplace and Messaging, Collaboration Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace and Messaging, Collaboration, Remote Technology Support Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that provides comprehensive Desktop Management support, including Image Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Application Packaging, and Virtual Desktops support to our clients. This role also encompasses Messaging and Collaboration, Customer Endpoint Experience, VDI, Azure Desktops, Citrix, Desktop Imaging and Packaging, JAMF Apple Management, Automation with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Deployment tools and support, MS 365, RTS, security patches, vulnerability management, endpoint policy management, MS Teams Hub, integration with Hub, mail routing, conference room calendar schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team providing Desktop Management support, including Image Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Application Packaging, and Virtual Desktops support.
Oversee Messaging and Collaboration tools, including Intune, MS Teams Hub, and integration with Hub.
Manage Customer Endpoint Experience, VDI, Azure Desktop, Citrix, Desktop Imaging and Packaging, JAMF Apple Management, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Implement and automate processes using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Deployment tools.
Provide support for MS 365, Remote Technology Support, security patches, vulnerability remediation management, and endpoint policy management.
Ensure efficient mail routing, conference room calendar management scheduling.
Maintain advanced knowledge of desktop management, standardization processes, and technologies.
Develop and enforce policies related to the use of communication and collaboration tools.
Provide training and support to employees on communication and collaboration tools.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools.
Client-Facing Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in desktop management, messaging, and collaboration tools.
Strong technical proficiency in Intune, SCCM, MS365, VDI, Citrix, JAMF, Azure Virtual Desktop, and other related technologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
