JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of Responsibilities.
-Manage, schedule and repair open warranty request during warranty period.
- Candidate is expected to possess the proper tools and a vehicle required to conduct general
handyman services.
Employer will supply all materials required for designated tasks
Must have the skillset required to conduct warranty and handyman services including but not
limited to:
- Light carpentry
- Repair windows, minor siding and roofing repairs
- Finished carpentry and drywall
- Interior trim work, door repairs, hardware adjustments
- Caulk, drywall repairs, spackle and paint
- Other related duties as assigned
-Customer Interaction
- Remodeling experience is a bonus
- Contractor is expected to conduct himself in a professional manner when interacting with our customers and tradesmen. They should be on time for all appointments and have a neat professional appearance.
