Community Liaison

  • Develops strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develops and maintains marketing budgets.
  • Plans and coordinates the marketing of Services.
  • Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.
  • Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.
  • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
  • Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
  • Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepares and presents sales proposals.
  • Plans and manages sales territory.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Home Care and Hospice industry services information.
  • Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.
  • Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
  • Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit.
  • Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
