American Battery Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support all Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full employment life cycle and be proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
- Develop and maintain position descriptions, recruit, schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees including conducting background checks and implementing new hire orientation
- Manage the performance and recruitment modules in ADP and provide company training as needed
- Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance review process and talent management
- Support HR related announcement and communication and manage HR documentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive professional HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
