Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design and color trends in the cycling and triathlon markets and demonstrate expertise across a wide range of creative projects, including product design, digital media, and print publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and cohesive designs for branding, product graphics, marketing materials, and packaging.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create graphics and colorways that align with industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Design engaging digital assets, including website visuals, social media content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Work on print materials such as brochures, catalogs, event signage, and product manuals.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of ABG’s brands to ensure consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of trends in cycling and outdoor industries to influence design direction and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the cycling, outdoor, or sports industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from product graphics to digital and print media.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
- Experience in digital media design, including web graphics, 3D animation, social media assets, and email marketing templates.
- Knowledge of production processes for both digital and print materials.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for cycling, outdoor sports, or active lifestyle brands is a plus.
