American Cargo Group, an industry-leading cargo trailer manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic reliable individual to join our sales department as a Dealer Support Specialist in our McAdoo, Pennsylvania location.

Job Role
This role will provide support to dealership personnel, retail customers, and the ACG Sales Department. The DSS is a vital link between manufacturing operations and the dealer network, providing sales and manufacturing related information to individuals in remote locations and coordinating the sales and manufacturing processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer all inbound phone and electronic inquiries, change orders, etc.
Coordinate sales and manufacturing processes to provide accurate, on time manufacturing and shipment to dealers
Process change orders, sales orders on existing product in the system, rush orders, discounts and credits on invoices, and other types of order changes or requests as need by the sales department.
Provide support to the Territory Sales Managers, status updates, shipping updates, product information and updates, digital photos, physical inspections of product.
Provide order confirmations to Sales and Dealers as requested.
Communicate product information, through personal explanation or by guiding dealers through the Quotebuilder system and/or product literature, Dealer Book, or website.
Assist dealers in filling loads with available finished goods inventory.
Sell trailers to dealers who make direct contact with the DSS.
Assist Dispatcher in shipping trailers to dealers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior sales experience preferred, preferably in a cargo trailer customer service/sales environment.
Good computer skills. Must have working knowledge of Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Epicor and a trailer quote builder system preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, good listening skills, strong deductive reasoning capability, and a keen desire and willingness to drive tasks/projects to completion.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to the dealer and retail customer.
Ability to remain calm and professional when working with upset or difficult customers; personable, friendly, positive, professional, confident demeanor.
Ability to read Bill of Materials (BOMs) and prints.
Knowledge of cargo trailers preferred.
