Responsibilities
As a Debt Collector for American Coradius International LLC, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, collecting on past-due accounts. By building strong relationships with your customers, you will directly impact the success of the business. Your passion for customer service and your competitive nature will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
- Work in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while engaging with customers.
- Operate in a metrics-driven environment, communicating effectively with customers.
- Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Take ownership of each customer interaction, treating them with respect and responding with empathy.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow all applicable regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Collections, Sales, Retail, or Customer Service.
- Fluency in reading and speaking both Spanish and English is required for this role.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience, either over the phone or face-to-face.
- Minimum of 1 year of computer experience, utilizing multiple applications in a Windows-based environment with the ability to multitask using a computer while providing customer support (including ZOOM).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping people by solving problems and explaining solutions clearly.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of the CUBS Application System is preferred.
- MUST have a smart phone with the ability to download applications for remote work purposes.
