Responsibilities
- Field inbound phone calls for company, providing a warm greeting to callers and directing calls as needed
- Use company lead script to schedule inbound estimate and inspection requests for our sales team
- Confirm appointments with homeowners and work with management to issue leads for sales team
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the appointment-setting process.
- No cold calling, this position handles inbound leads only!
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
