We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow our team through effective leadership of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with in-home sales, the one-call close process, and a proven track record of success in sales or sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, hiring, and training of sales representatives
- Prepare and deliver sales meetings twice per week
- Perform ridealongs with sales representatives to provide real-time coaching and support
- Manage and create sales reports to review with ownership
- Work with scheduling team to disseminate lead opportunities to sales team
- Lead and motivate a high performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience with the in-home sales process, and willingness to continue to engage in additional self-training
- Expertise in one-call close process
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce a plus
