Dental Receptionist - $20 - $23 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental office in Audubon / Phoenixville, PA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of maintaining patient confidentiality, and able to perform a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out, answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurances.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, smiling, and greeting patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Address patient questions and concerns in accordance with company policies
- Answer telephones and respond to emails
- Schedule patient appointments
- Handle cash transactions
- Check voicemail daily
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Experience with Dentrix
- Ability to verify insurance and check patient eligibility
