Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone selling and relationship building skills, with a strong ability to convert prospects into sales.
About the Role:
The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for converting physician referrals into scheduled consultations, handling inbound patient inquiries from advertising, and developing relationships with referring offices to create trust and ongoing referral relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert physician referrals into scheduled consultations
- Handle inbound patient inquiries from advertising
- Develop relationships with referring offices to create trust and ongoing referral relationships
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of direct work experience in sales
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
