Job Description:
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative in the state of Texas with a concentration in the Houston, Texas area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, performing sales presentations, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
The right candidate will have experience or knowledge around distribution of manufacturing packaging of corrugated boxes, stretch films, poly bags and films, lumber packaging, cornerboard, steel and plastic strapping, void fill and protective packaging, plastic bins and totes, returnable packaging, retail packaging and packaging equipment.

Compensation:
$65K to $125K. Based on experience
Qualifications:
Five years' experience in the packaging industry.
Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills Customer Must be a proactive, self-starter, with excellent communications skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Prior experience in sales or customer service Strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
