About the Role
As an Outside Ag Equipment Salesperson, you will work directly with farmers, ranchers, and ag businesses to provide solutions that help them succeed. You’ll be responsible for growing and managing customer relationships, driving equipment sales, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the agricultural and construction industries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Travel within the region to meet customers on-site and understand their operations.
- Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Outside Ag Equipment Salesperson Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the agriculture or equipment industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to seek out new opportunities.
- Knowledge of New Holland and Kubota equipment is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
