WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
There are both full-time and part-time schedules available for this position. Typically, you will work from 4 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday. Additional hours are available during the day or on weekends.
As a Plumbing Dispatcher at American Plumbing Heating and Cooling, you'll be at the front lines of our customer service operation. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering customer phone calls and providing them with top-notch service. But it doesn't stop there! You'll also be the master of coordination, dispatching and scheduling service calls to our team of expert technicians. And once the job is done, you'll have the opportunity to debrief with the technicians, ensuring that everything went smoothly and our customers are satisfied.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PLUMBING DISPATCHER?
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with customer relationship management software
- Ability to diffuse situations with upset customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and communicate well with field staff
Additionally, the following would be a plus:
- ServiceTitan experience
- Plumbing or HVAC experience
- Experience pulling permits and requesting inspections
