Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring correct coding and entry into accounting software.
- Maintain vendor records and issue payments as required.
- Handle routine monthly payments.
- Respond to vendor queries and investigate account discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory control reports monthly.
- Support general finance administration tasks as needed.

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices.
- Is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Can follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Can type at least 30 words per minute.
- Has a high school diploma (a degree in Business or Accounting is a plus).
