Key Responsibilities
- Leads recruiting efforts, including screening, selecting, and interviewing job applicants to match their qualifications with employers' needs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with community colleges, universities, and other recruiting avenues contacts as a source to help generate a qualified candidate pool.
- Participate in the selection and/or placement of team members to fill vacant positions by working with leaders to identify critical job characteristics to ensure successful candidate selection.
