About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! This role is essential to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, customer service, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Greet visitors and direct them as needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems—physical and digital
- Prepare and process documents, work orders, reports, and invoices
- Data enter customer information, work order information and materials
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
