ASA is seeking an accounting compliance coordinator to perform compliance reviews on accounts payable and disbursements, maintain program filing for audits, assist with billing, and invoices for the WISHH Program. WISHH is a department within ASA connecting trade and development across global market systems, improving food security.
The role includes:
Accounting Functions:
- Accounts payables, receivables, billings, contracts, country office expenses, sub-recipient records, and other materials for audits.
- Prepare reconciliations, billing registers, and monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Record funding source billings in accounting system & track payments.
- Compile and organize documents for financial reports and billings from billing registers.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are received and reconciled.
Compliance Functions:
- Perform compliance review of sub-recipient financial reports, reconciliations and/or expense packets prior to payment and/or recording to general ledger.
- Assist controller with monthly timesheet analysis, computing hourly billing for financial reports and funding source billings, and various audits.
