We’re seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is
critical to ensuring our social media platforms thrive and that video content production runs
smoothly. The ideal candidate will be uniquely able to support our video production efforts while
driving engagement across all platforms. This is an onsite position based in Waxhaw, North Carolina
that requires flexible hours, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
● Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
Pinterest, and YouTube platforms.
● Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
● Monitor and engage with the community to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
● Develop and post behind-the-scenes content, stories, and Q&A responses.
● Collaborate with Silver Linings Group (SLG) to ensure consistency in content, copy, and
scheduling.
Video Production Support:
● Act as a backup videographer for on-site shoots when the primary videographer is
unavailable.
● Assist with filming and basic camera operations (training provided).
● Help manage multi-camera setups for specific shoots as needed.
Design & Content Support:
● Oversee thumbnail creation for YouTube and long-form videos by coordinating with
designers or creating them in-house.
● Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and style.
Qualifications:
● Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
● Experience creating captions, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
● Have an eye for design and experience working with YouTube or managing a social
media account.
● Ability to learn basic camera and videography skills (training provided).
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
● Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
● This onsite position requires a local candidate based out of North Carolina who is
available for weekend work as needed.
● Support large-scale projects and handle ad-hoc tasks, such as scheduling weekend
content.
● Participate in occasional travel when needed.
