Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will also be in charge of managing calendars, coordinating meetings, calling clients, and maintaining office files, as well as any other administrative duties assigned.
Duties
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messages across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Conduct office administrative work- gifting, Real Estate contracts, scheduling, client calls, etc.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Executive Assistant, or a Similar Role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Basic video editing skills for creating short videos for social media.
- Ability to conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and sentiment.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers and influencers.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
