You can work part-time or full-time in this role. We can design this job around any day-time schedule.

A Day in the Life
As part of our accounting team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our accounts receivable. This means tracking and reducing outstanding balances, setting and smashing collection goals, and working closely with team members to ensure smooth financial processes. You'll also handle everything from sending pre-lien notices to managing bank reconciliations, and you'll have the chance to dive into other accounting tasks like payroll and inter-company billing. If you are part-time in this role, you will focus on A / R. If you can work full-time, we may use you in A / P functions as well.
