Job Description: Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure? We're looking for a Tax Resolution Case Manager to join our team. No prior experience in tax resolution is necessary, but a background in the following industries would be a significant advantage: legal, financial, insurance, credit, bankruptcy, loans, collections, accounting, or tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high call volume caseload, ensuring clients receive prompt and professional assistance
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial and tax information
- Liaise with Tax Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and other tax professionals
- Prepare and submit financial statements and other resolution documents
- Maintain detailed records on our CRM and stay organized to meet strict deadlines
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Desired Qualifications:
- FLUENT IN SPANISH REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Capacity to handle high call volumes and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle client interactions
- Experience using CRMs and/or databases such as Logics, Salesforce, and Clio
