Position Description :
We are looking to hire an Associate Relations Specialist where you will be responsible for the communication, guidance and education of core and common Associate Relations (ER) / HR policies. You will provide support and consultation that champions our company purpose and values while maintaining a focus on risk mitigation. Individuals within this position have an adaptable approach in order to consult with various levels of leadership throughout the organization. This position acts as an independent, confidential resource providing analysis of facts, conclusions and recommendations as appropriate.
Must have experience supporting California based associates, strong knowledge of California Employment Laws required.
Bi-lingual candidate preferred
As an objective and trusted advisor for new and seasoned managers, the Associate Relations Specialist will seek to resolve matters quickly and, effectively while preventing escalation or the risk of potential liability.
