Job Summary
American Trust Custody is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Trust & Custody Tech Ops team. The Application Support Analyst is part of the Tech Ops, Application Development team, and will be responsible for technical operations, troubleshooting, and supporting TNS, the Trust & Custody custom application. This position will work closely with the product development and IT Infrastructure teams and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operations with internal and external partners.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA working in a hybrid capacity
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, unit test, and implement solutions to application bug fixes in accordance with established standards.
- Perform peer-to-peer code reviews as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing programs to prevent recurring incidents and to improve processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Investigate and resolve data related issues.
- Document incident resolution and develop knowledge base documentation.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service through direct and indirect support to employees and customers.
- Various other daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, relevant experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and proficiency in .NET (VB and C#).
- SQL Server

- Grafana Observability Tools experience a plus
- Full Stack experience a plus.
- Cystal Resports
- Azure DevOps experience a plus
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
