The Clinical Director of Operations oversees the business management and clinical oversight of the Vascular Services Center, including an Office-Based Lab (OBL). Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that support business development and growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize resources.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and best practices across teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

Required Experience & Skills
-Licensed as a RT or RN with a Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience in a health care clinic or center required.
- Experience in managing ambulatory surgical services, vascular centers or multi-specialty practices strongly desired.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiologic Technologist (RT) in performing clinical duties in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR) Lab.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
