Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Bilingual abilities (preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with night audit procedures (preferred)
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel management (preferred)
