Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join the AmeriClean team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales.
As an Estimator, you will provide residential and commercial clients with estimates for carpet, air duct, upholstery and floor cleaning services. You will also provide residential customers with estimates for water and mold damage cleanup.
Duties
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and develop multi-option proposals to achieve their goals
- Work with the Operations team to hand-off sold work to the Operations department.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Teams to provide outsanding service to clients
- Obtain bids from subcontractors as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong knowledge of sales process and objection handling
- Must be familiar with all Microsoft computer programs
- Must be highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
- Willing to make cold calls to fill the board
- Must be a self starter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
