Schedule: 10:00AM-6:30PM PST
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 300 to 500 daily.
- Evaluate and screen prospective customers seeking enrollment in our financial programs.
- Utilize prescribed scripts and training materials to effectively handle objections and furnish detailed information.
- Set and attain targets while meeting defined benchmarks for success.
- Excel in a fast-paced setting, showcasing strong organizational skills.
- Foster teamwork by actively participating in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or a role involving handling high call volumes (e.g., front desk).
- Able to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote work is not an option).
- Familiarity with the necessary technology for managing leads and documenting conversations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
