This position will be in a bullpen office layout.Build strong customer relationships to ensure the customers are satisfied and a long- lasting customer.Report on any complaints from customers.Gather information to gain a clear understanding of the customers' requirements.Collect customer feedback and pass it on to our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.Assisting customers with inquiries about credit terms, product details, pricing and product availability.Performs other duties as assigned to support overall team objectives and organizational goals.Some cold calling.RequirementsNeeds to be detail oriented and able to multi-taskWill need strong Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsPrioritizing time management and organizational skillsAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times, stressful environmentA degree is preferred but not requiredWork well with othersReliable and punctual employee who is committed to consistent attendance.
