What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/INSIDE SALES position at AmeriGlobe LLC?
This position will be in a bullpen office layout.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure the customers are satisfied and a long- lasting customer.
Report on any complaints from customers.
Gather information to gain a clear understanding of the customers' requirements.
Collect customer feedback and pass it on to our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Assisting customers with inquiries about credit terms, product details, pricing and product availability.
Performs other duties as assigned to support overall team objectives and organizational goals.
Some cold calling.
Requirements
Needs to be detail oriented and able to multi-task
Will need strong Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times, stressful environment
A degree is preferred but not required
Work well with others
Reliable and punctual employee who is committed to consistent attendance.
Will work closely with our sales team.
