HBI Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will support the Sr. Director of Sales and the sales team in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our contract manufacturing strategies and enhance our brand awareness and market presence in the nutritional supplement industry and new market categories. This position will also perform sales support activities and will be cross trained on various positions within the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including presentations, line cards and digital content
- Manage HBI Amerilab’s internet presence, including our website, LinkedIn and social media accounts.
- Work with HBI Amerilab sales team members to support new clients’ business needs
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Work with HBI marketing to create advertising for trade journals
- Organize and manage trade show participation and other industry events
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports to the Director
- Assist in communicating HBI Amerilab brand activities within the company and externally
- Contribute to the development of product positioning and messaging strategies
- Maintain a database of marketing contacts and leads
- Assist sales team in prospect/customer research and follow ups
- Create regular sales and marketing updates for internal Amerilab bulletin board
- Work with sales & innovation to create focus presentations for customers visits
- Cross train to support various roles within the sales team.
