Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design & Estimating Specialist located in Lowell, AR. The Design & Estimating Specialist will be responsible for
- Developing detailed and accurate quotes based on project requirements.
- Designing layouts and providing 3D CAD drawings for client proposals, ensuring alignment with specifications and company standards.
- Collaborating with sales, production, and project management teams to gather information and optimize quotes and designs.
- Managing project timelines effectively, balancing multiple requests to meet client deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in quoting, estimating, or designing
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience in conducting research related to design and construction
- Proficiency in 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of cold storage industry standards and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
