We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. A background in accounting is required, and construction office experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare reports, track expenses, and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Accounting experience required
- Construction office experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
