We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrator to lead our team of professionals at a progressive, growing long-term care facility located in the El Reno, OK.
- Leads and directs the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs
- Government regulations and company policies so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives
- Monitors each department's daily activities: including setting priorities and job assessments
- Responsible for all financial transactions
