About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Ameristar Meats, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational plans that align with company strategies and policies
- Lead and manage a high-performance management team, ensuring the effective execution of daily operations
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Broadline Division and Corporate Management
- Represent the company with customers, employees, the community, and business partners
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a leadership role in Sales, Manufacturing, or Production
- Knowledge of FSQA and P&L experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a high-performance team
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $215,000
