Position : Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll oversee business development, drive revenue and growth targets, and manage day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include hiring, HR duties, invoicing, scheduling, coordinating with our estimator, and ensuring exceptional customer service and retention. You’ll also develop processes and SOPs to support our scaling efforts and represent Clean Nation Co. at community events to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies that align with company goals.
- Sales Focus : Leverage your sales background to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets that support our growth objectives.
- Hiring & HR Duties : Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes to build and maintain a strong, motivated team.
- Invoicing & Scheduling : Manage service scheduling and ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes.
- Estimator Coordination : Collaborate with the estimator to streamline project scheduling and customer service.
- Customer Service & Retention : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-ups, quality control, and personalized service.
- Process Development : Develop and refine operational processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and consistency as the company scales.
- Community Engagement : Plan and participate in community events to promote Clean Nation Co. and strengthen local partnerships.
