Live in Front Desk Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Live In Front Desk Agent to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and office management skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform Check-In and Check-out process completely
• Make sure Reception area is clean
• Daily duty to clean reception area with sweep and mop
• Answer all the phone calls and make reservation and take message if needed.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
• Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date client records.
• Coordinate office management tasks, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Provide clerical support to other departments as needed, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
