Amex Offers sits within the Membership Portfolio Services Team. Membership Portfolio Services is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. Each of the businesses within Membership Portfolio Services connect Card Members with Merchants - a key differentiator of our Membership Model - and which also represent a significant opportunity to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.
Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants, Advertisers and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver through the Amex offers platform - unique differentiated value to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express. Through this solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs - delivering deep insights and maximizing results.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Analyst, Amex Offers Global Operations will be responsible for supporting critical end-to-end Amex Offers operations activities. This individual will work closely with key business partners across marketing, sales and success, and support functions to execute operational activities, optimize processes and deliver internal solutions at scale in order to deliver a best-in-class Amex Offers experience for our Merchant Advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for coordinating meeting content, agendas, and presentations, including updates to senior leaders and business partners
- Provide planning and coordination support, including overall project management and analytical support
- Assist in the day-to-day management of business planning and operational projects across the team, balanced with long-term strategic initiatives
- Supports project management for key business priorities ensuring follow-up steps and decisions are effectively communicated and implemented
- Understand Amex Offers & Ads landscape and global operations strategy and key drivers, using insights to inform strategy; share results and recommendations with stakeholders
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners such as : Marketing Operations, Legal, Control Management, Finance, Capabilities and Marketing Channel Partners

Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range : $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
