Job description:
Duties include providing general IT support to our clients via phone, email, remote tools and in person. Our clients have various levels of IT knowledge and experience so patience and great interpersonal skills are a must. You will be required to handle complex software and hardware issues that require analysis and research. Duties also include maintenance and support of our three data center locations, internal staff technology, communications systems, and project management.
· Setup, configure, support and troubleshoot general IT infrastructure including servers, PC/laptops, routers, firewalls, battery backups, printers, mobile devices and various peripheral devices.
· Respond to client support inquiries in a timely fashion and follow up on outstanding issues
· Research and recreate client issues and work with software development staff to provide solutions to our clients
· Document client issues and resolutions in CRM system
· Provide training and system installation support at client offices nationwide (10-15% Annual Travel)
Requirements:
· Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
· Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
· Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
· Experience with server operating systems including Windows Server and Linux
· Experience with desktop applications including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, etc.
· Experience managing virtual hosts and machines
· Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software interaction/compatibility issues
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Experience in banking is not a requirement but a plus (Branch Manager, Teller, etc.)
