Marketing Manager - Up to $210K base
We have partnered with a rapidly growing Layer 1 blockchain startup in New York who are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing efforts and boost brand awareness globally.
You will be based local to New York and be happy to work on a Hybrid model, 3 days in the office, working alongside to the CEO.
You’ll likely be someone with over 5 years marketing experience within the technology space and be looking for an opportunity to play a big part in developing a brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the company content strategy, implementing a consistent brand voice that helps position the business as a global leader in the Blockchain space.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure content quality whilst ensuring all marketing content is on-brand & consistent across all channels.
- Implement product metric-based campaign strategies with a focus on generating ROI.
- Work closely with CEO to align marketing strategies alongside company objectives.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and resolve incidents.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Marketing with 3 experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Experience leading a high performing, data-driven marketing team.
- Experience with high velocity social media posting (multiple posts per day).
- Experience working a tech / software product based organisation in a marketing function.
- Must be available to work in the NY office a minimum of 3 days a week.
In addition to a generous base salary of $160,000 - $210,000 (DOE) you will receive a 30% token package, private healthcare, team outings and unlimited PTO.
