Front Desk Receptionist for HOA Management Company
We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will assist multiple callers and walk-ins. In addition, you’ll be responsible for selling remotes and keys, accepting payments, data entry, reading and summarizing reports, and assisting with other miscellaneous administrative duties. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours. We also offer vacation time from the moment you start working. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
* Greet people entering the office, answering any questions, providing community information.
* Answer a multiple line phone system, taking messages, responding to email inquiries
* Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
* Assist clients who come into the office to remit payments, purchase remotes and keys, fill out community forms, including providing them with documents and information
* Handle filing and data entry as requested
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
* High school diploma or GED
* At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work
* Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiency
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently
Preferred
* QuickBooks experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
