Responsibilities
- Assist in configuration and deployment of end-user workstations.
- Support ongoing IT projects by participating in planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Help maintain and update IT systems.
- Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide level 1 helpdesk support for organization.
Education
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and network systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hybrid work environment: Monday - Wednesday (onsite) / Thursday - Friday (remote)
- Hourly rate: $17-22
