Job Overview

The IT, Technical Services Team is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of management and support for Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration and deployment of end-user workstations.
• Support ongoing IT projects by participating in planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Help maintain and update IT systems.
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide level 1 helpdesk support for organization.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  

Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and network systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Hybrid work environment: Monday - Wednesday (onsite) / Thursday - Friday (remote)
• Hourly rate: $17-22
