Job Overview
The IT, Technical Services Team is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of management and support for Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuration and deployment of end-user workstations.
- Support ongoing IT projects by participating in planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Help maintain and update IT systems.
- Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide level 1 helpdesk support for organization.
