As the Assistant Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing and managing job-site construction activities for the physical construction of new Apartment Home Projects. Duties
As the Assistant Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing and managing job-site construction activities for the physical construction of new Apartment Home Projects. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Duties include:
- Supervise the activities of any punch-out staff and laborers hired for the completion of the project.
- Manage all framing-related work.
- Coordinate and schedule all material deliveries from lumber packages to trusses.
- Coordinate and hold weekly meetings for lumber orders.
- Ensure that delivery tickets are stamped, coded and processed properly as they are received from shipments.
- Manage and coordinate with other assistant superintendents regarding the siding and all flashing details to be installed before siding.
- Coordinate other assistant superintendents on all waterproofing-related items and close out prior to siding installation.
- Manage all framing punch lists.
- Manage all fur downs required for HVAC or decorative.
- Responsible for their subcontractors daily clean up
- Manage weekly updates as related to framing.
- Annual salary $80,000 - $110,000

- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in construction management preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software is desirable.
- Knowledge of Procore Construction Management software is a plus.
