We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
This Temporary Medical Assistant -Eye Care Center assists the Optometrist in providing eye care services to patients. 16-week position starting February 1, 2025.
- Responsible to the Amoskeag Health Director of Strategic Initiatives.
- Works closely with Optometrist and Patient Service Representatives.
