The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management for our Ardent Concepts Business Unit, as well as our California sales office.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are communicated to employees in a timely manner and maintained and adhered to by the teams
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes for US-based sales team as well as the Ardent Concepts Business Unit of Amphenol
- Lead performance and salary reviews
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Drive compliance related activities, including RBA audit, Affirmative Action planning, and EEO-1 reporting
- Stay up-to-date on any changes in employment law, including extensive California compliance
- Lead the US-based sales incentive calculations on an annual basis, ensuring accuracy of reporting and payout to sales employees
- 6 years of prior HR experience, management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or PHR/HRCI certification preferred, CA specific certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills
- Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
