About the Role: Amphibious Medics is seeking passionate and motivated Full-Time Athletic Trainers (ATCs) to join our dynamic team. This unique role involves providing health and wellness support to Industrial Athletes—hardworking construction professionals—while operating as part of a mobile clinic within an assigned geographic region.
You’ll use a company-assigned utility van to travel between multiple construction sites, ensuring workers receive top-tier care and wellness services. If you have a clean Motor Vehicle Report, a valid driver’s license, and experience driving utility vans (preferred but not required), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Wellness Care:
- Conduct routine wellness exams (e.g., blood pressure, glucose testing).
- Ensure workers maintain optimal health and performance.
- First Aid & Case Management:
- Deliver first-aid treatments.
- Address musculoskeletal complaints using stretching, massage, taping, and non-rigid bracing.
- Injury Evaluation & Rehabilitation:
- Perform professional orthopedic injury evaluations.
- Guide workers back to health and peak performance.
- Wellness Programs:
- Create and implement site-specific wellness initiatives tailored to construction workers' needs.
- Ergonomics & Risk Analysis:
- Identify hazards through detailed ergonomic assessments.
- Develop practical solutions to improve workplace safety.
- Injury Prevention Education:
- Teach workers healthier habits to reduce injury risks.
- Safety Collaboration:
- Partner with site safety teams to coordinate injury prevention and rehab strategies.
- Worker Advocacy:
- Act as a trusted advocate for employees, including support for non-work-related injuries.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Certifications: Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- Additional: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation is a plus.
