The HR Supervisor of Talent Management & Workforce Development is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, develop curricula and deliver effective learning experiences. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a culture of learning and talent development within the organization, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring team productivity and adherence to learning and development standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor the training and workforce development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members while fostering professional development.
- Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
- Oversee training sessions, workshops and seminars, ensuring effective delivery of content.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and drive change management initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics to assess team performance and engagement levels.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, participation and overall effectiveness for management review.
- Maintain and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Work with leadership and HR to assess and align strategies that support training initiatives and overall organizational goals.
- Ability to be proactive with learning new skills and acquiring knowledge in training and talent development, aligning with industry trends and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop and design innovative and dynamic training materials that enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Ability to conduct assessments and work closely with key stakeholders to create innovative and customized training programs that address specific organizational goals, learning needs and skill gaps.
- Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-potential employees.
