Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans based on system requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, root causes, and propose solutions.
• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing on web and enterprise applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define performance criteria and benchmarks.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed performance test reports.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure performance issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor system performance in production environments and provide proactive recommendations.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
• Knowledge of system architectures, databases, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
